We are investing hundreds of millions of dollars annually to integrate and scale adoption of energy efficiency, building electrification, and weatherization programs, systems, and technologies across our Customers.

As a Manager of Quality Assurance and Quality Control QA/QC in Evaluations, Measures and Verification, and Quality Management, you will: manage the quality management activities of energy efficiency, electrification, and weatherization programs; managing both internal and external QA/QC staff deliverables to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of program processes, performance trend analyses, and recommendations that yield actionable process improvements; manage QA/QC Vendor contracts consistent with the terms of the contracts; manage the QA/QC Vendors outputs are consistent with Company and departmental procedures, policies, and industry standards; plan, coordinate, and review with stakeholders the QA/QC implementations from conclusions and recommendations; communicate QAQC reports and findings to stakeholders both in writing and oral presentations; assist with the Vendor procurement, including supporting the Request for Proposals process; prepare, review, and approve contract expenditures versus budget consistent with the appropriate internal reporting processes; monitor, track, and respond to data requests and associated analysis of QA/QC data trends; evaluate and review project specific technologies and strategies for compliance with program requirements and metrics; and contribute to the success of the group and department by creating and supporting best practices for department policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and support quality management QA/QC for energy efficiency, electrification, and weatherization programs to ensure compliance with various programs savings and incentives.
  • Identify risks, response, and controls to advocate for effective analytical methods and quality management processes, practices, and methods for the Customer Clean Energy Programs (CCEP).
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders (i.e. Evaluation, Measurement and Verification (EM&V), Strategy Engagement & Planning, Program Teams, etc.) to attain timely feedback and meet deadlines, including planning for EM&VQ committee.
  • Review and approve QA/QC Plans, Scopes of Works, and organizational process assets.
  • Advise and implement QA/QC programs recommendations and considerations based on work performance data, information, and reporting (including root cause analysis).
  • Apply innovative analytical methods to help further adoption of QA/QC best practices and areas of improvement within the department.
  • Assist with Vendor management and procurement, including processing invoices, tracking and analysis of Vendor contracts, providing inputs to Request for Proposals, and Vendor reporting requirements and associated tracking methods.
  • Communicate in multiple forums with stakeholders, both written (i.e. reports) and oral (i.e. presentations), and act a conduit to bridge communication networks.
  • Perform iterative cost management to remain within budget.
  • Review and approve Contractor Field Observation Report (CFOR) and Contractor Evaluation Report (CER) for vendor reporting requirements within the Contractor Oversight System (COS).
  • Evaluate and review project specific technologies and strategies for conformance with program requirements and metrics.
  • Contributes to the success of the group and department by creating and supporting best practices for department policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
  • Support all Company Emergency Response initiatives as required.
Required Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience of relevant work experience or
  • Master's Degree and 2 years of experience of relevant work experience
Preferred Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, statistics, sustainability studies or related degree 7 years of relevant work experience 7 years of relevant work experience
