Job Summary
Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) Department comply with regulatory requirements and quality assurance tasks by ensuring records are kept, are accurate, and kept up to date.Job Description
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain Quality Assurance department files.
- Review, scan and file the following documentation:
- Device History Records (DHRs)
- Production and Quality Assurance logs
- Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA)
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Material Review Board (MRB)
- Product Evaluation forms
- Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
- Additional projects & department duties will be assigned.
- May assist with other departments such as Product Development and Operations.
Education
- High School diploma or GED.
Relevant Work Experience
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative or manufacturing role.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$16.00 - $23.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
