Position Summary:

As a Manager Business Analyst in Information Technology at CVS Health/Aetna, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment delivering innovative solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven person who wants to join our high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers’ lives.

Your responsibilities would include:

~ Working with internal business units to analyze objectives and develop solutions to business needs.

~ Translating business needs into system requirements by creating specifications and screen “mock-ups” using, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Flowcharting software, etc.

~ Employ a variety of techniques when eliciting requirements from business representatives including interviewing and facilitating workshops.

~ Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.

~ Plan, design and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities.

~ Solving system related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems as reported by users.

~ Working closely with Software Developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

~ Creating project plans and driving projects to completion.

~ Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried out through the entire project.

~ Independently managing multiple projects and priorities.

~ Testing new features and functionality by creating test scenarios and measurements, verifying results, and performing regression testing.

~ Assisting technical documenters and Trainers as needed with software updates.

~ Utilize Microsoft Transact-SQL for testing, troubleshooting, and providing data to business units on an ad hoc basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of experience Business Analyst experience in the healthcare and/or pharmacy domain.

6+ years of experience of regression testing or acceptance testing.

5+ years of experience creating requirements for Broker websites.

6+ years of experience using Microsoft Transact – SQL.

6+ years of experience with Agile collaboration tools including RTC, Rally, Teams, Miro, etc.

5+ years of experience creating requirements, validating, and testing public healthcare websites and insurance enrollment systems.

5+ years of experience in data analytics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with designing and created requirements for broker websites.

Self-motivated to take ownership and accountability as project lead.

Understanding of SDLC – Software Development Life Cycles.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

 Highly organized to manage multiple tasks simultaneously adjusting priorities to meet deadlines while producing high quality output.

 Understanding of resource allocations and forecasting.

 Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

 Good business acumen. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Healthcare or Insurance industry experience.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
