Senior Operations Business Analyst

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Analysis Senior Manager, the Senior Operations Business Analyst will lead the analysis of unique, enterprise level issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles and variables. You will determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments in partnership with senior and executive leadership and create formal networks involving coordination among groups inside and outside the organization.

Your Impact

• Guide business optimization using several machine learning algorithms in Supply Chain/ Operations realm to improve forecasting processes, inventory placement, product flow within the FCs

• Analyze the most complex business problems that typically involve multiple systems, new technologies, revenue and risk, and multiple partners who may have competing or conflicting needs

• Create predictive and prescriptive hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly reports to guide improvements

• Design the tools to analyze historical data and market trends with help of data structures

• Automate the generation of business and mission-critical reports used by different business leaders and teams for financial transactions, inventory management, fulfillment center capacity forecasting

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience of related experience as an analyst in business analysis, supply chain or operations

• 3+ years of experience in advanced skills in SQL and data modeling

• 1+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Python

• Bachelor’s or University Degree or equivalent work experience
