Tarantino is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Full Time Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team for an apartment  community in Louisville.  You’ll be working closely with our growth team, helping us with administrative and marketing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lease apartment by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities

· Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property and the local neighborhood

· Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email

· Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

· Available to work on Saturdays

Requirements

•             Greet all prospective residents, current residents, and other staff members professionally and courteously, either in person or on the phone.

•             Maintain thorough product knowledge of your assigned property and the competition.

•             Convert phone calls and/or internet leads to tours and tours to leases.

•             Ensure Guest Card is used in entirety with every prospect.

•             Prepare lease paperwork and all related paperwork for management.

•             Creatively market the property monthly 

•             Understand and respect the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws, and safety.

Skills and competencies

•             Strong customer service/sales background and skills (minimum 3 years)

•             Excellent communication skills – both in-person and on the phone

•             A positive, professional attitude at all times. 

•             Detail-oriented and well organized; must be able to successfully multi-task.
