How will you make an pact

As a part of Arla’s IT organization, we, in Digital Marketing & Innovation Solutions, fuel the digital transformation journey of the Marketing & Innovation organization by co-creating and delivering innovative digital solutions. You will be part of the Business Change Management Team referring directly to the team’s BCM Lead, Michela Fabiani.

 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-driven independent Student Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our communication strategy and activities. Communication plays an important role in creating visibility around our value creating activities and strengthen our position. Hence, an interest creating meaningful content and a creative approach to driving engagement are key.

 

With focus on communication strategy, content creation, and channel management, your main areas of responsibility will include:

• Help to develop and execute on our communication strategy bringing a fresh perspective on channel strategy, audience engagement and your great writing skills.
• Create compelling and innovative content to ensure visibility. This includes writing newsletters, posts, creating SharePoint articles and content. You may also be involved in creating visual content such as videos, infographics, or presentations.
• Help manage our few internal communication channels: MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage to ensure consistency, relevance & engagement.
• Support the department in the planning of team’s events, manage our Outlook Shared Mailbox & Calendar, ad hoc surveys and other.

You are willing to jump onto new challenges and you are not afraid to ask for help. You understand the need to deliver according to deadlines and take responsibility for the quality of your work. A good sense of humor and a team-player mentality are very helpful as well.

 

Furthermore you have/are:

• In progress with a Communication degree
• Flair for story-telling and content creation
• Fluent in English
• Flair for graphical design and layout
• Experience with Microsoft Applications, i.e. PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms, Excel, and SharePoint, Viva Engage is an advantage.

The position is for 10-15 hours a week, and can be placed over several days. We are also flexible around your exams.
