Your role as Senior Recruiter

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible from A to Z for coordinating all recruitment activities. You work closely with hiring managers and HR to find and attract the right candidates. You develop and implement strategies to find the right talent and build a strong employer brand on Stoneridge being the employer of choice. Workday knowledge and experience is essential. The role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills. 

Principle responsibilities

• Proactively searching and approaching talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
• Conducting intake interviews with hiring managers to focus on recruitment needs.
• Supervising and optimizing the selection process, including interviews and assessments.
• Developing and executing employer branding initiatives to position Stoneridge as a top employer.
• Maintaining and expanding talent pools and recruitment networks.
• Analyzing recruitment data and reporting on trends and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as recruiter in a technical or automotive environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch as English.
• Experience with sourcingtools as LinkedIn and HR software as Workday.
• Dutch employment law knowledge is needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and influence others.
• High ethical standards and an ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

What we offer:

• Salary based on knowledge and experience, range: 4.759 - 6.581
• Full-time employment of 40 hours per week in Barneveld.
• 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance home-work: 23ct per kilometers one way up to a maximum of 50 km
• CAO: Metalektro HP                                                
• Retirement: PME (Pensioenfonds Metalektro).
• WIA: WIA-bodem, WGA-hiaat en WGA- hiaat additional insurances in accordance with the stipulated provisions.
• PAWW: Compulsory supplementary insurance when the statutory unemployment WW or WGA benefit expires.
• Holiday days: 27 days on an annual basis (full-time).
• ATV: 13 days on an annual basis (full-time).
