Who we are looking for

AML/KYC Client Manager, Vice President on our Business Support Team to liaise with Global Credit Finance clients and front office to facilitate compliance with global Know Your Customer regulations.  This position will act as the local site manager for GCF team located in Gdansk, Poland.

What you will be responsible for

As AML/KYC Client Manager you will

  • Direct local management of GCF team in Gdansk, Poland
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 AML/KYC specialists responsible for client outreach to comply with anti-money laundering regulations
  • Provide direct client support to GCF relationship managers
  • Manage day to day AML/KYC case workflow queue
  • Liaise with Global AML Center staff to ensure timely processing
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with GCF front office
  • Participate in onboarding of credit facilities
  • Support the launch and integration of our new deal onboarding platform
  • Internal and external reporting
  • Ensure proper data governance, controls, procedures and documentation
  • Ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent
  • 5-10 years financial services customer service experience in regulatory compliance
  • Advanced experience in AML/KYC regulations
