WE ARE HIRING NOW! We are looking for a happy and energetic manager to join our fun team of stylists. Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. We’re on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family! We're opening soon and looking for a motivated Licensed Salon Manager to lead our launch team!

Job Functions Include:

• Strong technical skills with ability to mentor
• Lead and inspire a team of stylists in a fun, upbeat atmosphere
• Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences for kids and parents alike
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day salon operations
• Drive revenue through excellent service, retail sales, and local marketing
• Hire, Train, and Retain Stylists

What you Bring:

• Valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager's License (required)
• 2+ years of hands-on-salon experience; management preferred
• Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a love for creating great guest experiences
• A team-first attitude and leadership style rooted in positivity and accountability
