This position is full time, days, at Methodist Hospital.
Manages various, often simultaneous, system education projects of a highly complex nature, usually encompassing multiple application suites. Participates in identifying education direction, conducts needs assessment, develops, evaluates, and implements educational programs that are complex, encompassing a broad scope with an audience including physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals in similar capacities. Coordinates, develops, and manages educational programs for health sciences professionals and employees, including program planning, instructor selection and evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license or other healthcare provider preferred.
- Requires current professional registration, licensure, or/certification as mandated by program accreditations.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience in an inpatient healthcare setting including 3+ years in area of specialization.
- Requires ability to obtain and apply knowledge of the organization policies and procedures.
- Requires knowledge of business and clinical applications
