Summary of Job Duties:

The Research Associate position will work within an interdisciplinary team with access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources to perform both clinical and basic studies. This position will perform standard analytical tests and experiments in support of biotech research projects and operate laboratory equipment and instruments. Experience with standard chemistry and molecular biology lab practices and techniques is critical.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or related field plus (4) years of directly related research experience requried.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Assists with the operation and operates independently of analytical equipment.

• Assists with quantifying various nutrients, chemicals, and/or metabolites, ensuring quality and accurate results are provided.
