THE JOB
The Venue Brand Management team is the get stuff done, turn-problems-into-solutions, make our clients look like the rock stars, driving force within the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division. The Brand Director will oversee 5 Sr. Venue Brand Managers, and their respective multi-million-dollar strategic sponsorships, markets, venue(s), as well 10+ team members within the east region. They will be involved in maximizing the value of client relationships and performance of these marketing programs, while providing senior level support and leadership to the Regional Sales team and pod leaders with a focus on:

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Lead management of collective east region business for approximately $25M in revenue
Establish and grow relationships with key client contacts outside of the day-to-day relationships and attend key client meetings throughout the year as needed
Develop and grow relationships with key Live Nation teams (Regional Sales, Promotions, Legal, Finance, Sales Enablement, etc.) to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
Support VP and Sr. Vice President of Regional Sponsorships, with developing strategic roadmap, creative programs, and business development opportunities for key client relationships
Work in a supervisory capacity to Sr. Venue Brand Managers, Venue Brand Managers, and Venue Brand Associates in the east region with the goals of collaboration and team development at the forefront
Review and edit relevant deal points and contracts for east region client programs and actively work with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Legal to complete contract process
Ensure delivery of contractual agreements in east region including planning, execution, measurement and reporting and proactively resolve any challenges with asset delivery
Manage regional financials including forecasting and profitability, and including tracking expenses and identifying savings
Fully understand the Live Nation Digital ecosystem and work directly with the Digital and Social Planning teams to ensure all digital media programs are fully executed and optimized
Oversee the development and delivery of regional program recaps in a timely manner with analytical business results and key insights to improve and grow the business
Assist team in achieving ROI goals that will ensure maximum renewal opportunity
Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs
Support department wide development initiatives
Additional responsibilities from Manager and/or Senior Management as requested
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Background & Experience
4+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Must have brand management, leadership, event experience; music industry experience a plus
