Description

At Verily, we aim to revolutionize the landscape of evidence generation in order to bring the promise of precision health to everyone, everyday. This involves aligning products that support clinical research and those that support virtual care management closer together, with deep patient, member, and participant engagement.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the newly created position - Head of Product, Care Solutions will play a key role in defining and developing Verily's suite of Care and Employer solutions, influencing all aspects of the technology build. A key element of this role is interfacing with stakeholders across Verily including Leadership, Engineering, Commercial, Scientific and Medical, and Product as well as with external customer, vendor, and partner companies.

Responsibilities 

• Own the product strategy for care management, coaching, and population health solutions that deliver high-quality clinical outcomes at lower costs for Verily customers.
• Launch engaging user experiences for patients engaged in Verily Care solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to design workflows that allow them to provide better care to more patients. Work with internal leadership and experts, and external market players to gather input to the product strategy.
• Define the positioning and drive the business model that creates a scalable and sustainable business for Verily.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Product organization to execute the roadmap, while working with the internal Compliance, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure appropriate approach and validation.

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 10+ years of product management experience developing digital health, care management, and/or population health solutions.
• Experience working in Health Tech, Care Delivery, Biotech, or Pharma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions, build effective relationships and influence the decisions of a cross-functional team.
• Determine and develop the partnerships required for success in evidence generation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to operate in an innovative and growth-oriented environment.
• Experience with RWE/RWD and digital health technologies/products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $194,000 - $258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
