What will you be doing?
In this newly created and impactful VP of Corporate Development role, you will have the opportunity to analyze internal and external businesses, markets and customers to identify strategic growth opportunities. You will be able to develop and maintain financial models, negotiate and close transactions, establish relationships within the medical device, technology and weight loss communities, synthesize data to generate insights and recommendations, and lead and execute enterprise initiatives. You will collaborate and strategize with senior leadership, corporate finance, legal, compliance, regulatory, sales and marketing teams to help grow Allurion. Additionally, you will develop and execute Allurion's business strategies, frame and analyze complex problems, facilitate processes, inform/influence decision-making, develop market strategies and partner with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
- 10-15 years’ experience in a business development role in the technology or digital industries.
- 3-5 years exposure in a top-tier management consulting firm.
- A well-established network of business development connections.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills, with a collaborative work style and ability to lead cross-functional teams, to deliver results and earn trust of peers and senior management.
- Possess Grit: Continuously challenging the norm. Never giving up. Remain determined and be Data-driven: Using facts and data in decision making.

Location:
This exciting role is based out of the picturesque town of Natick, with flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

Hours:
Let's get the day started and make the most of our 8.30am-5.30pm workday with time for lunch to recharge and refuel!
