We are seeking a Curriculum Content Specialist to develop high-quality training content related to Corptax International. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Corptax International software, familiar with user roles within the software, and have international tax technical knowledge. Candidates should be self-motivated with effective communication skills. This position is primarily responsible for content generation and database updates but may also be asked to facilitate training sessions. 

 

Some of the things you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain training content for session documentation, online help, and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and understand technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly content.
• Create and update training content and our Corptax training database to reflect the latest software features, updates, and best practices.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyzes feedback to continuously improve training materials and methods.
• Work closely with the training team to align content with training objectives and delivery methods.
• Assist with session content for our annual conference.
• Assist with maintenance of Project Management system (currently NetSuite).

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA and/or Masters in Tax strongly preferred
• 3+ years’ experience with Corptax International software preferred 
• Strong understanding of Corptax International software and tax technical concepts and the ability to translate them into concise, and engaging content.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
