We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll integrate modern technologies and best practices to deliver high-performance, maintainable solutions. Responsibilities 🧑‍🚀

• Web Development: Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Data Engineering: Build and optimize data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of information.
• Data Analysis: Implement data analytics solutions to extract actionable insights and support business decisions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Technical Communication with Clients: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordination with External Subcontractors: Manage and supervise the work of external subcontractors to ensure compliance with standards and deadlines.
• Attention to Detail and Procedures: Ensure quality and consistency in developments by implementing defined procedures and standards.
• Agile Environment Work: Actively participate in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficient and high-quality deliveries.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with different departments to align technical and business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews and promote agile and efficient development practices.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of processes and developments carried out.

Requirements 🎯

• Experience: 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer in projects related to Data Engineering and Data Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Language: English. The official language in the Agency is English. Spanish is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar. / Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask). / Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). / Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead development teams and manage projects.
• Technical Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Coordination with External Subcontractors: Experience in coordinating and monitoring work with external vendors.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on code quality and adherence to standards and procedures.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments like Scrum or Kanban.
• Personal Competencies: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. / Proactivity and adaptability in dynamic environments. / Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
