Drainage Civils Crew – Ganger & Operative
Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 7am – 5pm (50 hours per week)
Pay:£13.50/£17ph depending on experience 

Vector Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Civils Operative on behalf of a rapidly growing drainage contractor operating across the South West.
 
We would  like to speak with individuals with proven experience delivering drainage civils works.

The Role

You will be working as part of a dedicated civils crew carrying out a range of drainage and groundwork activities, primarily for commercial clients, including:
Drainage excavations, installations, connections, and repairs
Groundworks and minor civils works
Pipework renewals and repairs
Reinstatements following drainage works
Patch lining and associated remedial works
Pay & Benefits
 
13.50/£17ph depending on experience 
50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Travel time paid
Time and a half for:
Any work completed between 7pm and 7am
Weekend work
Strong long-term earning potential
Permanent, stable workload with a growing contractor
Requirements
 
Proven experience in drainage civils and groundworks
Valid UK driving licence (at least one member of the crew)
CSCS Card
NRSWA (Streetworks) qualification (desirable)
360 Excavator qualification (desirable)
SSSTS (desirable)
Successful candidates must pass a Drug & Alcohol test
Shift Pattern
 
Monday to Friday
7am – 5pm
