Job Overview:
The AVP, Growth Management role is part of LPL’s Field Management team. Field Management provides end-to-end leadership support to advisors and staff through managing personnel, practices, and properties to drive outsized growth and satisfaction. As part of the Field Management team, you will have the opportunity to directly live out LPL’s mission: We take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.
As AVP, Growth Management, your primary focus will be ensuring that there is a clear strategy and coordinated approach to business operations. Additionally, you will help foster the growth of the overall business by supporting leadership in efforts to improve processes, establish new frameworks, and communicate business performance to stakeholders across the broader LPL organization. Not only will you be a key advocate for our advisors (and our business strategy) across the organization, but you will also be a central connector for our rapidly growing Field Management team.
Responsibilities:
Helping to set the long term vision and strategy for Investor Focused Solutions (IFS)
Partner with SVP and VPs to execute on pilots, initiatives, and strategic priorities of IFS, including key strategic initiatives to support the evolution of IFS business
Establish and maintain quality and efficient business management routines around key initiatives and OKRs
Work with VP of IFS Investor Experience to design and implement consistent and enhanced end investor experience that combines Advisor interactions with innovative digital capabilities, while understanding the competitor landscape.
Assist SVP in creating department goals, the business plan and business forecasting
Lead, manage and execute on portfolio of projects that will deliver improvements to the IFS Advisor experience, driving efficiency, effectiveness and accountability
Assisting in setting employee engagement strategy to drive employee satisfaction
Prepare executive-level presentations to facilitate business decisions and deliver recommendations
Work cross-functionally with other business units to accomplish business goals
Responsible for creation, planning, and coordination of all internal IFS communications
Lead in the effort to document and store of internal procures

Requirements:
5+ years of experience working within a related industry (wealth management or credit union/bank wealth management program)
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (and all other Microsoft Office products)
Proven analytical and strategic skills; ability to communicate data in a clear and concise way
3+ years of experience planning and leading strategic initiatives; proven ability to influence others
Preferences:
FINRA Series 7/66 (or equivalent) preferred; Series 9/10 or 24
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Extremely versatile; self-starter with the ability to lead work independently and prioritize workload
Prior experience in business management, operations and/or strategy for a large organization
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on cross-functional communication
Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
Strong aptitude for learning new systems and concepts; including programs like Smartsheet, Miro, Tableau, etc.
