What you do:
You will work with business partners and key stakeholders to identify, translate and provide consultation on business opportunities that result in improved operations controls and business results across all lines of business. You will assess the need for and recommends transaction controls and/or monitoring to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are upheld and business risks controlled. You will partner with more senior consultants on complex and/or large-scale initiatives. You may provide mentorship and coaching to less experienced consultants. You will report to an Operations Senior Manager.
- Drives and/or participates in intake work relating to compliance, legal, risk mitigation, and/or controls (both financial and operational).
- Assesses operations technology, processes and procedures to determine business opportunities aligned with trends identified in areas of compliance, controls and risk management. Develops and recommends opportunities to improve business performance in the area of operations controls and/or risk mitigation.
- Coordinates and facilitates medium-scale initiatives within Enterprise Operations focused on mitigating risk by implementing business improvement solutions. Prepares and communicates to leaders (managers, directors, VPs) related to control efforts and or activities.
- Recommends and develops tools and resources to execute/monitor control related activities. Develops educational resources to increase employee knowledge of the Enterprise Operations control environment, and related activities/initiatives.
What you bring:
- Four-year degree required
- 2+ years experience required: relevant technical and/or business experience
- For Senior level- 4+ years experience required: relevant technical and/or business experience

Range $57,000 - $114,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
