<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Consultant (Medical &amp; Scientific Affairs)</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>As a Consultant within the Medical &amp; Scientific Affairs Practice at Putnam you will help lead and manage a team of Associate &amp; Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects across all our practice areas. Working with Managers and Partners you will:</p> <ul> <li>Interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test</li> <li>Break down and structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team’s work</li> <li>Lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendation and participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Prepare and deliver key findings and recommendations against key business problem to clients</li> <li>Coach junior staff on project execution and management</li> </ul> <p>At Putnam, we pride ourselves on a team-based approach that is client focused and impact oriented.&nbsp; We serve many of the industry leaders, including all of the top 10 global biopharmaceutical companies.
