Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach HVAC/R coursework in our HVAC certificate program.  This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director.  Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation. 

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate of completion from an approved HVAC/R program, associate degree preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required; HVAC journeyman license is highly preferred 
• At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R technician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated and results driven
• Prior higher education teaching experience preferred but not required
