Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Print Product Market Research Analyst to join our team at Navitor, Inc. In this role, you’ll support a team that manages the full lifecycle of products—collaborating with departments like customer service, production, marketing, pre-press, sales, design, and purchasing. Rather than owning specific products, you’ll focus on administrative support and in-depth market research, including tracking competitors and products.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research focused on print products, trends, technologies, and customer behavior.
Track competitor products, pricing, and positioning to support strategic planning with the Product Team
Support product development and innovation by identifying unmet market needs and emerging trends.
Monitor industry publications, trade shows, and online sources to stay current on developments in the print market.
Support product management with costing and competitive understanding on current and new product
Build dashboards and reporting tools to share key insights with product managers, marketing, sales and leadership.
Assist Product Team to provide technical support to sales teams or customers
Creates and Analyze product performance data and customer feedback shares with PM and APM
Collaborate with APM, PM, marketing or engineering to resolve product issues
Not limited to those above as other responsibilities maybe assigned
You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Print, Marketing, Costing/Estimating or a related field
2+ years of experience in print production, product development, or a related industry
Strong knowledge of print technologies (digital, offset, wide format, etc.), substrates, and finishing techniques
Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office; project management, or PLM tools a plus
We Would Also Prefer:
Knowledge of print production, or commercial printing markets.
Experience with syndicated research tools
Background in supporting product pricing, launch decisions, or marketing strategy through data.
