Who Will You Be Working With?

As a member of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for leading complex technical and commercial projects in the passenger rail industry. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive project master plans, and drive customer satisfaction through strategic project execution.

You will be expected to take full ownership of all aspects of your projects—technical, commercial, and operational. While you will not have direct reports, you must lead through influence, collaboration, and effective communication. Success in this role depends on your ability to align stakeholders, motivate contributors, and drive accountability across functions.

How Will You Make a Difference?

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of complex technical and commercial projects. What Do We Want to Know About You?

· Bachelor’s degree required (engineering or technical discipline preferred)

· Minimum 10 years of Project Management or equivalent experience

· Preferred: Passenger rail industry experience

· Optional: Multi-national corporation experience, PMP Certification

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects

· Commercial and business acumen with entrepreneurial mindset

· Proactive problem-solving skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

· Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities

· Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority

· Lead technical and commercial project aspects

· Manage project team and core team interactions

· Develop and validate project master plans

· Conduct risk and opportunity analyses

· Coordinate production and supply chain activities

· Manage project financial performance

· Ensure contract deliverables are fulfilled

· Maintain customer relationships

· Report project progress internally and externally

What About the Physical Demands of the Job?

· Primarily office-based work

· Up to 30% travel to various sites, primarily in North America

· Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments
