You use AI-assisted documentation and contract management, align internal teams, and obsess over retention and NRR. You are client-first, organized, and commercially sharp.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /> • Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners; manage onboarding, delivery milestones and ongoing KPI tracking.<br /> • Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs and renewal cadences (AI-assisted); maintain audit-ready contract register.<br /> • Collaborate with Finance on billing/collections and with Product/Execution on delivery, escalating risks proactively.<br /> • Run quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins and partner enablement/training where needed.<br />• Surface upsell and expansion opportunities and support pricing proposals and negotiations.</p>
