Summary of duties: Deliver premium client experience by analyzing the investment management process and how Aladdin clients use Green Package data for their daily processes. Engage with clients to handle expectations for data quality and align the team’s support with clients’ investment process. Participate in project management by engaging with multi-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to Aladdin clients. Contribute to strategic projects for business, data, and technology projects, targeting inefficiencies and automation. Collaborate with groups within the function and engineering teams to perform project specific quality checks and multi-tasking. Redesign quality check processes. Identify impact worthy events and provide critical user input for modification of scripts to generate quality analytics. Perform incident management and problem-management skills using ServiceNow technology. Troubleshoot high-profile incidences in limited time and work with technology team to resolve issues. Conduct broadcast communications with stakeholders and keep them up to date until the incident is resolved. Initiate and drive platform and process innovations to support new business needs, minimize risk, enhance quality, and navigate the changing markets. Utilize information technologies including UNIX and PowerBI.

Qualifications: Master's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Requires three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: 1. Performing analytics using simulation-based risk models for FX, interest rate, equity, and derivative products; 2. Conducting complex SQL queries in scalable databases and constructing custom analysis; 3. Applying appropriate statistical and machine learning models in Python and R to predict future performance and improve profitability; 4. Collaborating with global teams to develop, test, and deploy enhancements; and, 5.   Implementing Tableau to manage internal and external communication and client presentations

For Seattle only the salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
