CIB Markets Operations - Business Execution Senior Manager, Payments Transformation and Industry Initiatives

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager for our Payments Transformation and Industry Initiatives Team as part of Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division. 

In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
• Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
• Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
• Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
• Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
• Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
• Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years Management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Partner with Operations and Technology to build and deliver multiyear operational strategy supporting centralized Markets cash movements and funding functions.
• Experience managing large scale transformational initiatives, including automation and platform modernization
• Operations knowledge and experience with Capital Markets , Funding and Cash management, SWIFT Industry initiatives, Wire payments 
• Experience with Prime, Securities Operations/Broker Dealer processes and/or applications and systems
• Working with Operations leadership team, Technology, and other support functions to assess multiple regulatory/industry obligations, Operational process improvements, Technology upgrades, and business growth opportunities to create a strategic plan for delivery across the change portfolio
• Exceptional relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence decision making
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, critical thinking, and resourcefulness to identify and resolve problems and incidents
• Ability to work effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a matrixed and dynamic team environment, across all organizational levels with flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
• Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, and creating concise communications to senior leaders
• Aptitude to structure multiple tasks, work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
