Overview of Position Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction operations and team coordination
Manage project quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Coordinate trade partners and resolve field conflicts
Maintain accurate documentation and as-built drawings
Ensure compliance with healthcare construction requirements
Drive efficient project completion from NTP through warranty
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications

4-6 years field supervision in healthcare/occupied renovations
Strong knowledge of construction operations and scheduling
Experience with healthcare facility requirements
Proficient in construction management software (Procore) and Bluebeam
Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, ASHE, CHC, CCHM
Excellent team leadership and communication skills
