Description
The Sterlings Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance.
Must be HVAC Certified, have a CPO, knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical, must have their own tools.
Duties:
· Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
· Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
· Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
· Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
· Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Must meet the following qualifications:
12 months of onsite experience
Must be HVAC certified and have plumbing experience
Possess valid Identification
