Job Title: Housekeeper/Utility Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Utility Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities while providing support in utility tasks as needed. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.

- Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and garments as needed.

- Support utility tasks such as moving furniture, setting up for events, and maintaining supply inventory.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements

- Previous experience in housekeeping or utility work preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and lifting tasks.

- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures.
