  • Partner with Cloud and Network Architects to support initiatives, drive cross-functional projects, and deliver outcomes on schedule.

  • Support Sales and Solution Engineering teams during sales cycles, solution design, and product development efforts.

  • Modify system and storage configurations to ensure optimal security, performance, and connectivity.

  • Perform system and storage configuration across multiple data centers and multi-tenant customer environments.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive systems and storage documentation.

  • Configure and manage monitoring, alerting, and backup solutions for compute and storage platforms.

  • Assist internal teams and external customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues within the RapidScale cloud environment.

  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating server, storage, and enterprise infrastructure environments.

  • Strong ability to manage and execute technical projects with a high level of accountability and ownership.

  • Willingness and ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
