Charlotte Latin School is seeking a Head Middle School Coach for our 2025 Season running from August through October.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Plan and run practices and manage player feedback
- Assist with organization of tryouts
- Make decisions about system to run, player positions and playing time
- Communicate with parents and players
- Manage uniform and team equipment
- Post game results to website and manage team webpage
Qualifications
- Coaching experience with a school team or club team
- Assistant coaching experience or high level playing experience in college
- Experience with or willingness to learn the Gold Medal Squared system of teaching volleyball (Gold Medal team camp training provided)
- A positive, upbeat coaching style
- After school availability starting at 3:30 PM for practices and games from August through October
