Equitable is looking for a Senior FP&P Senior Analyst to join our team, supporting key business leaders with high-impact financial insights, forward-looking analysis, and disciplined planning. At Equitable, Finance is a strategic partner to the business, playing a critical role in shaping decisions and driving performance.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support company wide projects and initiatives as it impacts FP&A functions and reporting (e.g. profitability analysis, strategic initiatives, M&A, etc.).
  • Maintain the multi-year planning process and forecast process.
  • Facilitate in the building of new processes to implement forecasts and redesign the planning process, leverage technology to improve efficiency and processes.
  • Assist in coordinating and producing consolidated quarterly and annual reporting and financial reviews with other Finance stakeholders.
  • Drive automation of production of analytics in a very fast-moving environment.
  • Prepare documentation, analytics and controls to support internal and external reporting.
  • Perform financial scenarios analysis to support management strategic and business decision making.
  • Thrive in data-driven decision-making, cross-functional partnerships, and continuous improvement with a strategic thinker mindset.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations to build the corporate story and the Treasury team for capital management initiatives.
  • Take ownership of dedicated KPIs reporting.
  • Work seamlessly with FP&A business counterparties and all other corporate support functions.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $150,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4 years in financial planning & analysis and/or financial and business analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Point plus be a comfortable self-learner to support automation initiatives and automate production of analytics
  • Established communication and presentation skills
  • High focus on attention to detail
  • Ready to drive transformation and implementation of new processes and tooling

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Well organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously
  • Proactive, high-energy with a hands-on approach to problem solving, and show initiative regardless of day or time
  • Willing to develop, test and implement new processes
  • Effective control mindset and ability to build process and procedures documentation
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective internal relationships and to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior management
