As a full-time, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Occupational Therapist with the Hillsdale Hospital's Rehabilitation team you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life by developing personalized rehabilitation plans for those with mental, developmental, or physical challenges. You will collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to deliver safe and effective patient centered care tailored to each individual’s needs. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact while applying your clinical expertise and tech-savvy documentation skills. This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation. 

Schedule: This full time, nonexempt position will work 30-35 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, in home health with a possible weekend rotation in the hospital, as needed. 

Starting Pay Range: $37-$45/hour based on experience, new grads are welcome to apply. 

About the Facility: Hillsdale Hospital is a 97-bed acute care facility, offering medical-surgical, emergency, behavioral health, obstetrics, surgical, and rehabilitation services. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this rehab department. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. 

About the Rehab: Operating hours for the hospital are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, and Saturday, 8:00am-4:00pm.  Outpatient hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm.  Software systems utilized include Agile (Outpatient), Brightree/Matrix (Home Health), NetHealth (SNF), and CPSI (Inpatient).  

Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor's degree required, Masters' degree preferred ​
• Must be licensed and certified as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan
• One year of work experience is preferred

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
• COVID 19 - Full
