In a nutshell, MUFG Investor Services is part of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group family, and we partner with over 480 loyal global investment firms to provide them with administration, assert services, banking, and fund financing. </p><p>We’re in 14 global locations and provide an exceptional hub of Brilliantly Different talent to thrive.  </p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Report to the Junior Associate Director, Investor Operations, AML, a list of your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to AML, Data Governance and Outsourcing</li><li>Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate</li><li>Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses</li><li>Through experience, provide guidance to colleagues within the team in daily tasks, processes and deliverables</li><li>Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture</li><li>Support management in department initiatives, projects, risk mitigation</li><li>Support and Promote MUFG’s core values of Trust, Challenge &amp; Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years working experience in AML processes and related functionalities</li><li>Client/customer service experience</li><li>Professional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrate business logic and risk adverse approach to processes</li><li>Demonstrate responsibility within a team in AML, fund administration or relevant industry</li><li>Time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>What’s in it for you to join MUFG Investor Services?  </p><p>Take a look at our careers site and you’ll find everything you’d expect from a career with the fastest-growing business at one of the world’s largest financial groups.
