Job Description
As a Data Strategist, you will use your learnings from analyzing data to help inform on business decisions for various channels in our Growth Function. You will take a deep dive into our data to build out reports and visually represent datasets for myriad projects to key stakeholders. We are looking for a self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong project management skills who is passionate about using data to inform on business decisions.
This full-time position reports to the Senior Growth Manager, and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes two days in-office.
What you’ll do:
- Leverage data to drive business decisions, optimize processes, and achieve organizational objectives
- Work proficiently with Power BI and CRM tools to uphold and construct dashboards
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies, such as optimizing operations, improving customer experience, identifying new business opportunities, and drive revenue
- Evaluate and help make progress against growth initiatives through market research, data analysis, and synthesis of data into insights

- You bring data-driven solutions to the table based on thorough and thoughtful analysis

What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or Marketing
- 2+ years of relevant experience in collecting, organizing, and drawing insights from data sets and guiding business decisions for a variety of projects and emerging opportunities
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, and PPT; Python is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
