In this role you will lead the configuration of Workday Learning. We look forward to applications from individuals who are highly driven and excited at the prospect of shaping our People Systems function.</p><p>This individual must have strong Workday skills, previous project management experience and have the ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently. Strong relationship building skills are required to work successfully with other groups across Sportradar.</p><p><strong>THE CHALLENGE:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the configuration of Workday Learning including aligning key configuration decisions with stakeholders, developing and completing tests, and managing change both within the People team as well as the wider business.</li><li>Owns configuration and maintenance for assigned areas including release management, data auditing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve and adapt to business needs.</li><li>Supports the wider team with other functional areas as needed (HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Security)</li><li>Leads the People Systems aspects for Learning, collaborating closely with our VP People Potential &amp; Organisation Development, and People Partners to provide a seamless systems experience.</li><li>Researches new enhancements and education opportunities on a regular basis through Workday Community.</li><li>Ensures confidentiality of information and protection of rights of end-users and owners of data based on security requirements and functional area.
