We are seeking a Junior CRC that is interested in spearheading a trial for a recently awarded grant with one of our exceptional client teams and gaining lifetime experience.

Salary Range: 40k
Work Location: Hybrid; Occasional travel to Newark, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and management of potential study participants physical examinations (conduct EKGs, collect urine screens, blood test)
Coordinate the flow of patients and patient retention throughout the life of the study
Oversee study data collection and management
Manage the research and laboratory facilities
Oversee the laboratory study activity including supervising research assistants
Maintain up to date knowledge of IRB protocol and report to IRB offices
Organize and coordinate the Data Safety and Monitoring Borad (DSMB) meeting
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years working on medication clinical trials
Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, public health, healthcare administration).
Experience working with alcohol and substance abuse populations a plus
Critical thinking and decision-making skills – ability to evaluate all aspects of a situation and to independently make appropriate and timely decisions.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based information systems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Standing, walking, visual perception, talking and hearing. Lifting up to 20lbs.
