Commercial Appliance Technician

Description

We are seeking experienced Commercial Appliance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide informative customer service and have the experience of repairing a variety of name brand commercial appliances in the scope of refrigerators, mixers, ovens, fryers, and dishwashers.

Responsibilities

• Provide informative customer service
• Communicate the diagnose effectively with clients and management regarding repair timeframes
• Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial kitchen appliances
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial appliances
• Document service record by keeping accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Operate and maintain service vehicles within company guidelines

Requirements

• Two or more years of recent commercial appliance repair experience
• Possess trade and hand tools to perform the work
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
• Proficient English communication skills to write reports and emails
• A valid and insurable driving recording
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
