Guest Services Representative - Full Time

The Front office representative’s primary role is to greet guests to ensure a welcoming arrival.  This position helps with the check-in process, the check-out process, taking reservations, and to help with the bell position. This position is the first impression to the guests, so it is very important to make sure the guests feel welcome, and to help accommodate all needs that they may need.  This position needs to know what is happening in the hotel, as well as what is happening in the community.  This position is responsible for helping build a great experience overall for our guests.  This position helps us to handle guests’ concerns and complaints, through excellent customer service.  This position helps other team members here at Zermatt with special requests and needs.
