Hanover Food is currently seeking several  AG Equipment Operators for our current Harvesting Season.   

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Safely operate agriculture equipment during harvest in a manner permitting to maximize recovery and highest quality.
2. Lubricate, fuel, and clean equipment in a safe manner
3. Assist mechanic in repairs to equipment
4. Report any malfunctions to mechanic
5. Adheres to common safety practices and procedures.
6. Responsible for following all Company and Government policies and procedures.
7. Performs other duties as assigned by the Custom Harvest Field Manager and/or Agricultural Equipment Mechanic.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma, equivalent (GED), or demonstrated proficiency through previous job experience and/or training in related performance responsibilities listed below

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a valid driver license
• Must be willing to travel as the harvest deems necessary
