While experience with cyber class actions is preferred, it is not required; strong class action litigation experience is essential.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Defense of privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions filed in state and federal courts nationwide (including MDL proceedings)</li> <li>Drafting and arguing dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss, motions to strike, opposing class certification, motions for summary judgment</li> <li>Managing strategy and timelines for multiple class action cases and coordinating removal, consolidation, and case organization efforts</li> <li>Preparing and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and working with expert witnesses</li> <li>Participating in mediations for class action settlements, and drafting settlement papers for court approval</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts</li> <li>JD from a
