Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services, this Associate Director will foster a just culture and culture of innovation to develop an effective and reliable hospital imaging program across the OSUWMC system. This Associate Director will develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives, process improvement initiatives, and patient care processes and initiatives aimed at creating best in class services on behalf of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. This individual is responsible for operations, financial management, quality and safety, compliance, patient experience, and employee engagement for ambulatory imaging across the system.
Minimum Qualifications
For Hire: Bachelors in related field of study; minimum 5 years of leadership experience; specific training in quality and process improvement.
Preferred: MPH, MBA, or MHA; clinical experience; experience in Radiology or Imaging Services.
On Going: Meets mandatory education and health surveillance requirements. Maintains and seeks new knowledge related to patient care issues, quality improvement and cost reduction, current policies, procedures and protocols. Demonstrates competence in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions.
