THE JOB:

As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the dynamic operation of our table games, ensuring smooth gameplay and exceptional service to our guests.  You will lead a talented team, manage table accounts, and foster an environment of excellence, all while adhering to industry standards and company policies. You will partner with other departments to create WOW memories our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $27.04

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt to the customer with a high degree of proficiency and that superior guest service is provided
• Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open games are needed
• Reconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipment
• Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered to
• Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play
• Notify table games management immediately of any unusual activity in high limit play or if damaged/tampering of equipment is suspected
• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Maintain the appearance and safety of both the interior and exterior of our property

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Two or more years casino operations experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Ability to work any shift including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Has strong communication skills
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
