Position Summary

Wichita Falls Endodontics is seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the doctor during endodontic procedures while helping maintain an efficient, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment.

Duties & Responsibilities


Assist the doctor chairside with a variety of endodontic procedures and extractions
Take dental X-rays
Update and maintain electronic patient records
Manage infection control, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
Set up treatment rooms for patient appointments
Assist with various office and clinical tasks as needed


Required Skills & Abilities


Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification — Required
Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety standards
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain effective during busy or high-pressure situations
Willingness to learn and grow with the practice


Education & Experience


Dental Assistant Certificate required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of related experience preferred
