Job Description
Communicates with donors and prospects; maintains the Prospect Portfolio. Enters new prospects and other information on the application; maintains files and information relating to events/programs. Provides administrative support, as required; utilizes departmental computer software.
Job Responsibility
- Serves as a liaison between donors, prospects, committee members, etc.
- Maintains files and information relating to event/programs.
- Assists in organizing volunteers and staffing for special events.
- Drafts, transcribes and types various correspondences, as required.
- Performs receptionist duties, as required; answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Prepares profiles for potential new prospects.
- Enters and maintains prospect information in database.
- Prepares PowerPoint presentations.

Preferred skills:
- Proven Administrative Acumen: 1-3 years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a non-profit, healthcare, or fundraising setting.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: A master of multitasking with the ability to manage complex schedules, proven track record of effectively scheduling appointments, meetings, lunches, and dinners.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for accuracy in data entry, correspondence, expense reporting, and all forms of communication. You catch the small things that others miss.
- Proficiency with Technology: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- CRM Expertise: Prior experience with donor management software, especially Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or a similar CRM system, is highly desirable. Will train the right person.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional, articulate, and friendly demeanor for interacting with colleagues, donors, and leadership.
- Proactive & Resourceful: Anticipate needs, takes initiative, and independently problem-solves, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and support the team.
- Commitment to Confidentiality: A demonstrated understanding and respect for handling sensitive and confidential donor and organizational information.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to pitch in as needed to achieve team and Foundation goals.

- A Bachelor's degree. Preferred
Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Working knowledge of Microcost Office suite, required.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
