POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Lead Consultant to leverage extensive knowledge managing multiple agency locations to guide best practices around clinical operations practices, business operational processes, and regulatory requirements to support the company and customers with outstanding value and a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The role’s primary purpose is to develop programs and content to support product implementation and successful adoption of Medalogix products specifically related to the referral and admission processes. Also, this person supports day-to-day operations with the client to consult and drive change management of business operations strategically, tactfully and to proactively find solutions to increase the value Medalogix provides to internal and external company stakeholders. This position is an essential role in guiding the development and implementation of our products, policies, practices, and clinical programs within the clients’ environment.

The Clinical Operations Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through organizational transformations. This individual will collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement change management strategies through consulting, ensuring successful outcomes and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate

  • Works closely with clients to understand their organizational goals, challenges and change initiatives.
  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the change process.
  • Assesses organizational readiness for change and develop tailored change management strategies.
  • Identifies potential sources of resistance to change and develop proactive strategies to address and mitigate resistance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consults and drives operational change, processes, and policies in support of the organizations mission, including home health and hospice intake, post admission quality review process flow, and management of business process and organizational planning.
  • Understands the operational workflow transition between referral, admission, and branch operations.
  • Partners with the teams from a branch level to leadership level throughout intake and executive teams while ensuring seamless processes.
  • Oversees timely, initiation of care, etc. outcomes.
  • Plays a significant role in long-term planning through ongoing consultation support to key client leadership and staff. This role supports the decision makers that utilize the Medalogix application to supplement normal coding process.
  • Supervises, coaches, and establishes regular meetings while presenting findings, outcomes, and objectives to executive leaders and staff around operational management flows, KPIs, adoption, and outcomes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Effectively coordinates and communicates with colleagues, managers, and medical staff while teaching, developing, and guiding others with an ability to prioritize, make decisions, and set clear expectations for others.
  • Participates in the implementation of Medalogix products supporting client priorities, initiatives, and strategies.
  • Develops and revamps programs to facilitate rapid adoption and engagement of Medalogix software and workflow solutions post-deployment, including a thorough needs assessment to identify specific educational requirements for the target audience.
  • Drives the customer lifecycle and adoption strategies for long-term success.
  • Cross-functionally partners with consulting services to support MLX internal and external information and guides clinical, operational, and regulatory matters to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Thoroughly analyzes and researches to stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry while incorporating gained knowledge
