Help improve access to affordable medications in your community! Ampla Health is seeking a Pharmacy Outreach & Enrollment Specialist to connect patients with pharmacy programs, remove medication barriers, and support better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to enroll patients in pharmacy programs (340B, assistance programs, refills, delivery, discounts)
Identify patients facing medication access or cost barriers and help coordinate solutions
Track enrollments and maintain accurate records in EHR and pharmacy systems
Serve as liaison between patients, pharmacy team, providers, and community organizations
Educate patients about pharmacy and Ampla Health support programs (CalAIM, WIC, transportation, insurance, etc.)
Participate in outreach events, community presentations, and pharmacy initiatives
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in healthcare, pharmacy, or patient services
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of insurance, prescription benefits, or assistance programs preferred
Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and ability to travel
Computer skills (Microsoft Office); EHR experience a plus
Bilingual preferred
