At NovaCare Rehabilitation in Frederick, Maryland, we take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Our mission is to help individuals return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they love. We are seeking a full-time physical therapist passionate about treating orthopedic, aquatic, and sports-medicine patients.

 

 

Our Thomas Johnson Court location features advanced equipment, including a Swim-X therapy pool and an Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill. The average caseload is 10–12 patients per day, and we welcome new graduates with on-site mentorship available to support professional growth.

Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek with two evenings until 6:30 PM. No weekends.

Patient Care Model: One-hour evaluations (one-on-one) and 45-minute treatment sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
