We are currently seeking a IT Junior Project Manager - ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).

In these roles you will be responsible for: 

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline 
• Reporting metrics, project updates 
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups 
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration 
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) 
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests 
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur 
• Help teams implement changes effectively 
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand 
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity 
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it 

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in a Project Management 
• 1+ year of Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban) 

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with software development 
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) 
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills 
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability 
• Outstanding organizational skills 
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field 
• PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus  
• JIRA or Azure Dev Ops Experience is a plus

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $49,356 - $102,826. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
