🔎 What's in it for you

Within the Market Rollout Management Team and reporting directly to the EPI Company Program Manager, you are responsible for the coordination, reporting and content consistency of a set of projects in close collaboration to the concerned EPI teams. You will also closely work with the country’s Implementation Managers, accountable for the timely implementation of the EPI solution by the EPI members within their own market, to report on key progress and issues faced by the PSPs as they implement the EPI solution within their own organizations.

You’ll be joining a team of 3 talented Transversal Project officers and 6 resilient Implementation Managers based all across western Europe. You will be reporting to the the Transversal Program Manager. 

💥 Your impact

Be at the center of the EPI corporate and solution building

• Follow-up from content to reporting, a set of various projects within the company
• Challenge the content and consistency of the projects with the teams to ensure high quality of deliverables
• Identify quickly blocking points and key concerns for quick problem-solving
• Review and track progress of internal milestones for the corporate set-up of EPI which builds itself from the ground up

Closely follow-up the implementation at the EPI Scheme Members’ side

• Follow-up on ad-hoc requests from the EPI Scheme Members
• Own the tracking and reporting of the EPI solution implementation across all markets

Participate in the creation of dedicated workshops on transversal business and technical payment topics (e.g. local market strategies & technical implementations)

🕵🏻‍♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements

• 8+ years of experience within a consulting firm or in a payment-related company
• Business oriented profile with affinity to technology
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end several projects at the same time
• Excellent communication skills, capable of rallying and onboarding both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in the payment industry in a strong plus (e.g. within a bank, a payment fintech)
• Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills
• Capability to work autonomously, and with limited guidance
• Ability to follow-up and challenge multiple topics in parrallel whether technical or business-related
• Capabilities to deliver qualitative and structured work within a short timeframe and follow KPIs with a critical eye
